
The Planning & Zoning Commission has an immediate opening for a commissioner with a five-year term after appointment. The purpose of the Commission is to preserve the availability of agricultural land, encourage efficient urban development patterns, and facilitate the adequate provisions of transportation, water, sewage, schools, parks, and other public improvements.
To qualify for the Planning & Zoning Commission, individuals must:
- Live in rural Black Hawk County
- Attend monthly meetings held the third Tuesday of the month at 6pm
