The Black Hawk County Elections Office is providing the following update regarding absentee voting for the December 2, 2025, City Runoff Election.
The deadline to request an absentee ballot by mail was Monday, November 17, at 5:00 p.m. All absentee ballot request forms received by the deadline have been processed, and ballots have been mailed to voters. Voters may track the status of their absentee ballot by visiting our website at https://blackhawkcountyelections.iowa.gov/
In-Person Absentee (Early) Voting
In-person absentee voting will continue at the Black Hawk County Auditor’s Office through Monday, December 1, during regular business hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

November 23- Satellite Voting Location
A satellite early voting site will be offered at the following location:

Holiday Closure:
The Auditor’s Office will be closed November 27 and 28 for the Thanksgiving holiday.
