This funding is available to local organizations for programming that addresses opioid remediation for Black Hawk County residents. Organizations, non-profit or for-profit, interested in creating or expanding any opioid remediation programs throughout Black Hawk County are invited to apply.
Applications are being accepted through November 12, 2025.
