Hickory Hills Holiday Light Show Now Open

 

BLACK HAWK COUNTY – Enjoy the magic of the season at the annual Hickory Hills Holiday Light Show at Hickory Hills Park, 3338 Hickory Hills Road, LaPorte City. 

 

The drive-through event opened on December 6 and will be open Fridays-Sundays, the weekends of December 13 and 20, from 6-9 p.m.  Admission is $10/vehicle- CASH ONLY. All proceeds benefit Black Hawk County Conservation.

 

Dazzling light displays created by local businesses and organizations and supplemented by the creativity of the BHC Conservation team, make this light show a favorite tradition of the holiday season. 

 

Drivers are encouraged to tune their radio stations to 106.5 Corn Country to listen to a holiday playlist curated by event sponsor Coloff Media. 

 

Other event sponsors include American Legion Post 0207 of La Porte City, Cedar Valley Bank & Trust, Dickies Tree Service, Lamar Advertising, MidIowa Cooperative, Riddles Jewelry, Shive Hattery, Stokes Welding, and Wapsie Pines.
