Black Hawk County Launches New Applicant Tracking System
On Monday, February 26, Black Hawk County will transition to a new online applicant tracking and job posting system. The NeoGov Insight and Online Hiring Center modules will take the place of the current platform CivicHR. No new postings will be added to the CivicHR platform going forward.
Current and upcoming job postings are being transitioned to the new system in preparation for the launch. Applicants will be directed to a new link: governmentjobs.com/careers/blackhawkcounty to submit their applications for consideration.
Staff responsible for hiring new employees received a link to the NeoGov Online Hiring Center in a separate email. Black Hawk County Human Resources will conduct training for hiring managers and administrative aides in the coming weeks.
